Executive Head Chef - Philip Reynolds

Food has always played a massive part in my life, I started my kitchen life at 18 working as a Kitchen Porter in a children's nursery during my gap year, from there I went to study Food and Consumer Management at Birmingham university. During studies I worked for an award winning catering company and after graduating worked in product development for a company which had clients such as Waitrose and Pret a Manger. Missing the kitchen life I moved back to working for an event catering running functions for up to 150 people.

Event & Front of House Manager - Sarah Reynolds

I started off as a Waitress in an Award Winning Catering Company, here I realised my passion for Food and the Hospitality Industry. I worked my way up to an Event Co-ordinator/Manager in a couple of years and organised up to 80 Events a year as well as running an array of Functions including Weddings, Canape Parties and Private Dining. 

Every Event is individual to me from a Dinner Party of 8 to a function of 300+ guests. Creating the perfect atmosphere and running a smooth function is where I excel. Always ready to go that extra mile to provide an excellent service.
